Wish I had bought one ages ago. It’s perfect for out and about with dogs or shopping. Holds all that’s needed, phone, purse, keys.

I love the long adjustable strap which I wanted because I like a bag to hang low and overall I am very happy with the bag but I wish it had more depth, I have unzipped the bottom zipper but have to scrape about in the bag to locate belongings.
I already have one of these for birdwatching, for binoculars, hide clamps, etc. I liked it so much I bought this new one for more general use when I’m carrying Kindles, DM players, sunglasses, etc.
The bag arrived very crumpled, took a while to straighten it out. There were also scratch marks on the canvas which i would expect to appear in time, but not before use. The colour, purple, is lovely.

I’ve used this bag for work every day for the past six years. It has ridden the London Underground tube regularly and endured bike rides while commuting in all weathers. There is absolutely no damage to it, still in excellent physical shape and looks good! It’s a solid, tough backpack that retains style and I wouldn’t ever hesitate to buy another should I ever need to. Which I won’t as I think it’ll actually last forever! Well worth the price tag.
I bought this as a gift for my mother. She previously had a grey one and loved it. We were very pleased to be able to buy another, exactly the same (except for the metal Troop tag and the small hook). When something is just perfect for you there is no need to find anything different.

Pleased to find identical model 10 years on after I first bought one. Original had lost shape, strap was a bit frayed, velcro stopped working after a couple of years, colour (khaki) was a bit faded. BUT love the various pockets, look and sturdiness of the bag. Expanding zip always useful at a pinch to fit more in. Only improvement would be waterproofing (ie it's not at all waterproof!) I carry an old rucksack cover in the back pocket to protect from rain.

I purchased a bag, which from the outside looked great but on opening the expanding section there was a large hole where the stitching had not taken - something that was very obvious and should have been clearly faulty when checked. On sending a photo of the fault, I was asked to return the bag to be investigated (no apology whatsoever for sending out a faulty product). The replacement is due today (a week from returning it) so fingers crossed for a better quality product this time round!!

I purchased this one to replace one that I purchased years and years ago. I love it - it's a good size, sturdy and a great colour. The leather buckles work really well with the charcoal. The only downside is that it doesn't quite fit my computer. But it doesn't promise to be a computer bag so I'm not complaining.
The last one is actually still going strong. Just that one of the buckles ripped and I didn't want for it to hang open. It's been repurposed by my husband as a camera bag - who knows how long it will last! You couldn't ask for more value for money.
