Really pleased with this bag; practical and well designed, sturdy too.
The one minor issue is the buckle for the main strap tends to rotate.
I have many Troop bags of all different sizes. Again this bag is amazing.

This bag is lovely, and the green is a fab colour.
The only thing for me is that I wish the handles were slightly longer so that I could comfortably get the bag over my shoulder.
Despite this I love it.
Really pleased with this purchase. Exactly as described and is of excellent quality. The simple design means it has plenty of room probably more than some others with lots of pockets. If it lasts as well as the Troop bag we bought for our daughter when she went to uni it will still be in good condition in 15 years time!
Bought as a present but might well order one for myself. Looks good, well made, great size.
It is a very sturdy but great looking backpack. My one complaint is that the straps to tighten and or loosen the bag on your back are not easy to use. Getting it on or off is not easy.

Nice bag though arrived without any packing inside so a bit creased making it look a bit tatty.hopefully will straighten out.bit disappointed with the distressing on the buckle.would have preferred uniform colour.distressing doesnt show so clearly on picture.good size for everyday.

love the rucksack plenty of room and the colour spot on first time nev er had canvas usually buy leather so saw troop had a variety of different style bags so settled on the rucksack very happy i did and price was good for my budget thanx troop

Unique, robust and spacious. The bag's leather and metal features really do serve to compliment the main cotton body of the bag (I chose dark green). Overall, the bag is wonderful. However, I do wish the designers had paid more attention to the functionality of the zip-pocket at the front of the bag - it is very difficult to fit anything in there.

It’s same bag different colour. My old Troop bag was looking worse for wear. Wouldn’t even look at a different make. This one will join my Troop backpack and larger over body bag Which is the same style. Thanks troop. Loads of handy pockets. No unnecessary fussy bits. Perfect.
