This bag is exactly as shown in the photographs and description. Its a good size without being too big or bulky, looks great with a wide range of outfits, is practical with lots of organising pockets and is well put together. Very pleased with it.
I am extremely pleased with this bag. I purchased it because it had very little leather and it’s perfect size.It has all the separate compartments that I wanted. I can’t wait to take a trip and use the expansion feature. My husband is thinking of getting a larger version.

I got one of these bags years ago - can’t remember exactly when but at least 16 years ago because I remember using it when visiting New York (for which it was perfect). Following years of use it was finally starting to look a little bit worn (but still perfectly serviceable) so I decided to treat myself to a new one in a different colour. The new one feels even better quality than the old one. Very satisfied.

Excellent bag, well made with a pocket for everything you can think of. And expandable too. Great and you get so much more for the price compared with other bags of a similar price.

I got this bag to stop me filling .y pockets with everything. The size is perfect, I do like the section for my phone and the clip for my keys is so helpful. If I ever eed a bigger bag I will come to Troop first.
I bought this bag in blue for my travels. I just love it - enough room for essentials. The strap can be easily adjusted.

I love this bag, the material is very sturdy with good stitching, and there are plenty of good sized pockets. I love its urban, utilitarian look and it's plenty big enough to hold everything I need. This is the 2nd one I've bought, having found my 1st one in a little independent bag shop years ago. Unfortunately the 1st one was lost, so I was thrilled to find this website and be able to replace it!
Very cute bag!! It's a good size for my wallet, medical sh*t and any other little things I want to take.
I've had this backpack for around 6 years now and I couldn't be more impressed. There hasn't been one daily use item that has lasted longer than 2 years for me; shoes wear out, phones slow down, clothes get tatty. This Troop backpack has lasted through everything I've thrown at it. Camping, school, shopping etc. If you like the look of this backpack and don't mind the price, I couldn't recommend higher.
Ordered my first Troop bag and delighted with the excellent quality, good design and speedy delivery. In fact so pleased that a few days later I bought another Troop bag in a different colour and style.

Really pleased with this bag; practical and well designed, sturdy too.
The one minor issue is the buckle for the main strap tends to rotate.
I have many Troop bags of all different sizes. Again this bag is amazing.

This bag is lovely, and the green is a fab colour.
The only thing for me is that I wish the handles were slightly longer so that I could comfortably get the bag over my shoulder.
Despite this I love it.
Really pleased with this purchase. Exactly as described and is of excellent quality. The simple design means it has plenty of room probably more than some others with lots of pockets. If it lasts as well as the Troop bag we bought for our daughter when she went to uni it will still be in good condition in 15 years time!
