Had been looking for a simple bag to carry water bottle, phone & stuff on days out. This bag was a great price and seemed a good size for what I needed. Delivery was excellent, prompt communication and the bag was a described, perfect. Would have given 5 stars if the leather straps which have the closing studs were a little more robust - that's being very fussy though! Love the long strap and all round quality. Excellent service and product - well done Troop.
