Ordered a hold-all for my husband which arrived promptly but had a slight fault. I emailed Troop who responded within 48hrs explaining how to return the item (free of charge) which I did. I was informed when it was received and again, within only 3-4 days a replacement arrived! The bag is lovely and great quality but I’m equally impressed with the service I received. (We already own two Troop satchels which we’ve had for years and still look good)👍🏻
